1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website AA Travel SIM (https://aatravelsim.com), operated by Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 201801017105 (1279121P)), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to purchase products or create an account.

• False identification during registration will result in account suspension or deletion.

3. Product Terms

• Physical SIMs & eSIMs:

  • Voice Call Plans: Require e-KYC verification as mandated by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

  • Data-Only Plans: No e-KYC required.

  • Device Compatibility: eSIMs require supported devices (list updated periodically on the website). Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.

  • Plan Validity: Data quotas expire after the stated validity period; unused data is forfeited.

4. Payment & Delivery

• Payment Methods:
  DuitNow QR, FPX, Debit/Credit Cards (VISA/Mastercard), and Malaysian e-wallets.

• Delivery:

  • Physical SIMs: Shipped within 2 working days. Estimated delivery:

    • West Malaysia: 3 working days.

    • East Malaysia: 5 working days.

    • Self-pickup available at designated airports (locations listed on the website).

  • eSIMs: QR code delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Refunds:

  • Non-Refundable: If data usage exceeds 100MB.

  • Full Refund: Issued if the user cannot connect to the network or use data (<100MB) at the destination country, despite customer support assistance.

• Warranty: Covers network connectivity issues only (subject to verification).

6. Referral Program

• Participation:

  • Referral IDs are captured via URL/cookies upon first website visit.

  • Commissions are paid to affiliates when referred users complete purchases.

  • Shared Data: Referrer’s name, email, and purchase details for reporting.

• Restrictions:

  • Only pre-approved affiliate partners may participate.

  • Fraudulent activity (e.g., self-referrals) voids rewards.

7. Account Management

• User Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong password; notify us of unauthorized access.

• Termination:

  • Accounts inactive for 2 years (no login/purchases) will be suspended after two email notifications.

8. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, trademarks (e.g., “AA Travel SIM”), logos, and product designs are owned by Elite Links (M) Sdn Bhd.

• Restrictions: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of content is prohibited.

9. Liability Limitations

• Disclaimer:

  • We are not liable for service interruptions, third-party telecom network issues, or data coverage limitations.

  • Use of products/services is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: Governed by Malaysian law. Disputes resolved in Malaysian courts.

11. Amendments

• Updates to these Terms will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
